1. What Shankdit is

Shankdit (the "Service") is an entertainment and coaching tool that analyzes short videos of golf swings and returns AI-generated commentary plus general swing feedback. It is not a substitute for a PGA-certified instructor.

2. Your uploads

You warrant that you own or have permission to upload any video you submit. You grant Shankdit a limited license to store, process, and display the video to render your result page and to allow you to share that page. We do not use your videos to train AI models.

3. Paid plans

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account page. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload videos of people who have not consented, do not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, and do not use it in a way that violates applicable law. We may remove content and suspend accounts for abuse.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Swing advice is for entertainment and general education only. Consult a qualified professional before making changes that could risk injury. See our Disclaimer for more.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shankdit is not liable for any injury, lost strokes, damaged clubs, or existential golf despair resulting from use of the Service.
